Using the Service
Piste Mapper provides resort navigation, travel itinerary, and destination information to help you plan and enjoy your ski holiday. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless you have a separate partner agreement with us.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of a tour operator or resort partner, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on that organisation's behalf.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree not to:
- misuse or interfere with the platform or its underlying infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data;
- distribute malicious software or harmful content through the platform;
- violate applicable laws or the rights of other users or partners;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.
Intellectual Property
The Piste Mapper platform, including its design, branding, maps, and underlying technology, is owned by Piste Mapper Platform Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Tour operator and resort partners retain ownership of their own branding used within white-label deployments of the platform.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Piste Mapper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that resort navigation, itinerary, or other information will be accurate, complete, or available at all times.
Mountain conditions change quickly — always follow official resort signage, lift operator instructions, and local safety guidance rather than relying solely on the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piste Mapper Platform Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed runs, travel disruptions, or booking issues with third-party partners.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Usage from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
